Is ORGANIC Pet Food Important To You?

Information was gathered via an Online Survey of 350 Pet Parents on Blogs and Facebook . 51% of respondents believed it IS important to feed ORGANIC food to their pet, yet only 31% actually do.

Perhaps it's because those individuals haven't researched which Pet Food Companies actually do make Organic Pet Food. One such company is 'Castor & Pollux'. They are a leader in natural & organic pet food and they have a Pawesome giveway coming up beginning November 24 to December 5; in that 1 Grandprize Winner will win a year's supply of ORGANIX line of Cat or Dog Food (depending upon their pet). Also, 1 First Place PrizeWinner will win a $100 Prize Pack full of  ORGANIX goodies for their pet.

On Twitter or Facebook, follow the HASHTAG #ORGANICPET for more details beginning Nov 24.

Keeping Dogs Hydrated, Cooled and Refreshed With Petmate Replendish Pet Waterer

It's vitally important for me as a Pet Care Provider to keep my Canine Guests hydrated, cooled down and refreshed during their stays with me, especially during the high humidity & heat summers we experience here in Central Florida.

Aside from providing the dogs with ice cubes to chew on and play with (see Gypsy below),

I also have water receptacles/bowls both inside the house and in the lanai, which I refresh and refill at least 2-3 x/day with reverse osmosis water and ice. I highly recommend the.Petmate Stainless Steel Replendish Pet Waterer With Water Bottle and Steel Base,
The water bottles come in various sizes. Since I have multiple dogs almost daily, I can be assured that their water supply won't run out in a short amount of time.

Especially now in summer, I freeze water in the stainless steel dish so that the water remains cold for several hours. See video below.

Don't wait; get your pet a Petmate Pet Waterer today so you never have to be anxious about your pet running out of fresh water in your absence!

All in a day's work, errr.....play @ PawzitiveFX

At PawzitiveFX, all our day-visitors have interactive playtimes!

It's a 'whosoever will & wants to' kind of play....
[Stella wants to, not sure what caption we should give Bailey and Juno, well, I don't think she wants to , or hasn't made up her mind yet and Lyra doing the spectator thing :)]

Lyra's turning a blind eye, isn't she? Or is that a deaf ear?

Ok, ok, I need to catch my breath!

Oops, it's Bailey again; the girls have got him down

Are they dogs or vampires??!! Is he just irresistable or are they drawing blood??!!

Oh for a witty caption at 11:30 PM!

It's not often that little Juno gets in on the fray....she usually plays the Referee

OUTSIDE PLAY

Intermittently throughout the morning or afternoon, the dogs have supervised outdoor time to do business, eat grass (yeah, most days they do), pester one another, bark at the ducks, ibis or herons, hunt geckos or get their daily dose of vitamin D

Bailey instructs Juno in the fine art of gecko hunting

Stella: the image of cuteness!

Due to heat/humidity, the dogs don't stay out much longer than 5-10 mins at a time.
They usually have 5-6 outdoor breaks/4 hrs.

AND THEN THEY CRASH.....

Juno & Lyra crash anywhere

All in a day's work, err....play at PawzitiveFX!
